2025 Ningbo International Stationery Fair will be held on 19-21 March 2025 at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Centre, the fair covers the four major fields of office, learning, art and life, with ten plates of exhibits and the whole industry chain presented.

The scale of the show in 2025 will be upgraded again, with new outdoor pavilions on the basis of the original full pavilions (8 pavilions), with a total area of 56,000 square metres and more than 2,700 standard booths.

With the trust and support of the industry, just one month after the end of the last exhibition, 1,218 enterprises from home and abroad have registered to participate in the exhibition (including 112 new exhibitors), and 2,085 booths have been confirmed, accounting for 76.57% of the total number of booths. The balance of booths has been seriously insufficient!

The last show (2024 Ningbo International Stationery Fair) was successfully held on 27-29 March 2024 at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Centre, with a record high in exhibitor scale and visitor attendance, and overseas buyers from 64 countries and regions, further enhancing the degree of internationalisation. Under the current global economic pressure, Ningbo Stationery Fair has become an important platform for the global stationery industry to understand market trends, find innovative products and discover industry opportunities.

Looking ahead to 2025, the organisers will continue to work with global partners, based in Ningbo and linking to the world, to upgrade exhibition planning, innovate service models and increase global promotion, in order to expand the exhibition's influence, serve the industry accurately and promote the healthy development of the stationery industry.
